I’m dating a very nice guy who is away for the weekend with some friends from his old work. I have absolutely no reason to suspect or expect him to cheat on me, except for my previous boyfriend did, and that was terrible.

I really do not want to be a jealous girlfriend. Here are good reasons I know he likes me and wouldn’t be evil: he saw me the night before he left; he texted me the morning he drove out to his destination; he texted me three more times throughout the day yesterday; texted me twice already today; I’ve been told that “he’s legit” by my friend and that he’s “a good guy” by his best friend; he already made plans to see me the day he gets back.

And what I feel is: what is he doing with Diana?

Is it that I’m insane or did that bastard (the cheating ex) screw me up and all my future relationships?
